With the use of an automated floor scrubbing machine, with a 20" cleaning path and Neutral pH cleaner, polished concrete and coated floors can be as clean as a showroom. Tire tracks, mud spots, loose sand can all be cleaned up and dry in less than 1 hour.

Residential house cleaning

Weekly/Bi-weekly or Monthly(4 week) regular cleaning services

Include dusting , vacuuming/ sweep and mop floors, garbage removed, rooms straightened up and counter space cleaned. Sinks, faucets, mirrors, light fixtures, toilets, tubs/ showers and cabinetry faces cleaned/polished. Kitchen appliances will be cleaned and polished.

Checklist of tasks by room will be completed each visit for reference.

Cleaning supplies and new towels are provided each cleaning . Client will provide can liners for trash cans, a vacuum cleaner to prevent cross contamination with pet hair and other clients home and any special/specific cleaning chemicals. Clients are asked to clear counter space and pick up any small items off the floor like shoes, rugs, toys, animal bedding.
